2018 Grey Wolf 29' Toy Hauler "Amelia"
She is in great shape, light enough for most trucks to haul easily and is perfect for a couple or family of 4 with toys! There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a booth style couch that converts into a second queen bed in the rear of the camper. This couch also folds up completely to allow you to bring along a couple motorcycles, dirt bikes, kayaks, 4-wheelers, etc. There are anchor points on the floor and the back door drops down for use as a ramp or as a patio with gates and mosquito screen to allow ventilation without bugs!
Amelia is a dream to haul with the provided sway hitch system and backup camera. She provides all the creature comforts with a thermostat that has both heat and AC, and a 5 Gallon hot water heater running to a full shower in the spacious bathroom. There is a full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven and microwave; as well as a pantry for storage. There are two full propane tanks that run the furnace, kitchen appliances and the fridge (which can also be run on electricity if plugged in).
Amelia has everything you need to have an adventure while still having all the amenities!
The fresh water tank holds gallons, grey water holds 38 gallons and black water holds 28 gallons. The dry towing weight is 4900 lbs, gross weight is 7700 lbs and hitch weight is 700 lbs. Delivery is available at additional cost as well. Please arrange at least 2 weeks ahead with me for delivery! If it is more than 100 miles, we might still be able to deliver, depending on the location and the dates.
There is no generator included in this camper, but all cables are provided to hookup to an outlet or generator.I currently have one of the couches removed and have installed a desk for a remote working space. The option is yours whether you would like to have the desk, the couch or nothing in that space! The last picture shows the arrangement with the desk in place (the bird cage will not be there).
Cosa è inclusoThere are some cooking and cleaning supplies provided. Mixing bowls, a small pan for the oven, a pot and a frying pan. There are also a few cutting boards and a small serving tray, all in the pantry. There are knives, some grill tools and utensils in the kitchen drawers and under the kitchen sink and bathroom sink are some sponges, scrub brushes, soap, etc. Linens can be provided for an additional one-time $50 fee (includes 2 sets of queen sheet/comforter/pillow sets, 4 bath towels and some hand towels).
You will also have a dedicated water hose with filter and spray nozzle, two 10' sewer lines with one 15' sewer line holder and a clear elbow attachment; and a 20' 30 Amp cable, along with adaptor connectors for both 40 amp and 20 amp, and a 15' 20 amp extension cord.
There is a 100 Amp hour deep cycle battery and connected interior inverter that can run light electronics/charge devices off the battery. This rig is also equipped with WeBoost RV Cell range extender, but requires some set up. Use by request only. RaccomandazioniWe live very close to Pohick Bay Campground and I hike there with my dog often. It is a beautiful spot by the river, great for those looking for fishing or kayaking trips. I have also taken Amelia several places in the Shenandoah region. So far my favorite was Graves Mountain Campground. There are no hookups there, so you are boondocking (you'll need generator and your water tank filled). Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

The weekends work best for delivery dates, but it is possible to arrange on weekdays as well as long as we have advanced notice (preferably at least 2 weeks).
