Friendly, communicative, and supportive
Brandon and his family are consistently praised for their kindness, prompt communication, and helpfulness. They respond quickly to questions, provide thorough walk-throughs, and make the rental process stress-free and supportive.
Clean, spacious, and comfortable
The 5th wheel/trailer is frequently described as clean, spacious, and having comfortable beds. While generally well-maintained, one review noted issues with a non-working microwave, missing TV remotes/sink stoppers, and an intermittent furnace.
