Damage will be charged. *Return with a full tank – Or pay for fuel plus a $50 service fee (from deposit). *Dump tanks before return – Or use our $80 dump service. *No pets allowed – Cleaning or damage from pets will result in fees. *All gear (chairs, grill, towels, pots, propane, etc.) must be returned clean and undamaged – repair/replacement cost will be deducted from your deposit. *No urine or feces on any surface – Cleaning/replacement costs will come from your deposit. *Use only RV-safe toilet paper – Starter supply provided. *No towing or hauling unless pre-approved – Unauthorized use = damage fees from deposit. *No festival or tailgate use – Violations may result in penalties. *Cold weather? You must winterize or be responsible for frozen damage – repair costs come from your deposit. *Read and follow the RV manual – Failure to follow procedures may result in damage charges. *Add-ons (grill, chairs, beach gear, etc.) must be returned in good condition – repair/replacement cost will be taken from your deposit.
