New Model with Amenity Flaws
The coach is new and clean but has recurring issues: an uncomfortable main bed, non-functional TVs, a faulty generator causing AC to cut off, clogged bathroom, and a damaged back camera.

5.0Giant Recreation World is an incredible place to rent an RV from; I would highly recommend you taking your business here. Judy, who handles bookings is absolutely lovely! She made the process easy, was very responsive and always willing to help no matter how many questions I asked! Chris is an RV expert and absolutely hilarious. He spent a lot of time with me and assuaged all my concerns. I left his training feeling like an RV expert myself! He was meticulous in all of his instructions and we appreciated him. Finally, Tom…what can I say about this fellow. He was unequivocally the best manager I have ever dealt with as a customer. When you do a 2,000 mile trip it is inevitable to run into some issues along the way. He was extremely responsive, calm, helpful, patience, and supportive through any all concerns. He really made our trip less stressful and honestly, memorable. I will be returning for sure, sending them business, and I highly suggest you rent from them for your next RV trip.

4.5Most everything is great. My only complaint is we could not get any of the TV's to work and there is cable at the raceway. This seems to happen almost every year. Would of been nice to have this year because we took our 4 year old grand daughter.
