Professional and organized service
Staff are highly praised for being professional, organized, and providing on-time, detailed explanations for rentals. They have a history of making things right. However, one renter noted poor unit cleanliness and full waste tanks on pickup with no refund.
Mixed condition, easy setup
While easy to hook up for first-timers, one unit had a leaking shower pan, damaged tie rod, intermittent ABS light, roaches, and poor fridge cooling. Another was noted for dirt, dust, uncleaned toilet, and full waste tanks upon pickup.

3.5Shower pan leaked, tie rod seemed damaged, ABS warning brake light came on occasionally, roach infested, and fridge only cooled to 45, but otherwise a great rental. Folks were A+ at the rental office. Nice unit despite the typical rental flaws.

5.0The best people ever. This is our third time renting a motorhome from them . The appointment to pick up the rental to go through a few things is always on time & spot on with everything. . Thank you for making the starting & the ending of a vacation terrific!
