5.0Setting up the reservation online was easy. The pickup process/education was helpful to know the specifics of the rv we were renting even though we had previously owned an rv so knew the basics. When turning in the rv all potential charges were explained (tolls, dump fees etc) and the process was very smooth. The final charges and deposit being returned were also completed in a timely manner. We will definitely rent here again when we need an rv.
