4.0We rented a Apex 245BHS. Everyone at Giant Recreation World rentals was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Tom answered his phone when we ran up against something we couldn't solve with youtube or forums. We were very grateful for the new tires installed prior to our 3k mile road trip. Like all product experiences, there is room for improvement: Outdated website photos do NOT match the trailer actually available to rent. Everyone seems to be aware of this, but no action is being taken to rectifiy. Provided only one set of keys. Provision of second set could have prevented a very expensive locksmith service visit. Only two plastic wheel chocks provided. Thankfully we brought our own covering all 4 wheels. BIG safety item. No surge protection provided. This seemed very odd as it protects the trailer against faulty campground wiring. No means of leveling (left/right, port/starboard) provided. Also odd as an unlevel rig could potentially damage refrigerator operation. Thankfully we brought our own camco blocks. Would we rent again? Absolutely!
