2018 Jayco Jay Flight memory maker

Everything seemed ok on pickup, however when we got set up and started opening cupboards, looking at the cooking supplies, cups etc, we realized they were filthy. We had to purchase our own cleaning supplies and clean to feel comfortable using it. The Air Conditioning wouldn't work. There was also a disgusting smell coming from the toilet when we went to use it that stank up the whole trailer. We also had an issue with the screen door latch, as soon as I went to open it (using normal force) it snapped due to weak and brittle plastic. We were charged $75 for this tiny piece of plastic that broke, and when I brought up the other issues the owner basically brushed them off, said too bad and that we should have brought up the issues earlier (we were super busy and didn't have time due to it being our families wedding weekend). He also said we didn't mention anything when dropping the trailer off, but he wasn't there to tell. We waited 10 minutes in his driveway after letting him know we had arrived (also gave him a heads up an hour earlier to which he replied 'alright'). We typically aren't picky people and would have lived with the inconveniences, but being charged $75 for an old piece of plastic that just snapped from normal use with none of the other issues acknowledged or even apologized for made the entire experience sour. All in all I'd look for a different trailer, especially if you like it to be clean, not smell like feces and have the AC work.

This RV was excellent and had everything we needed for a week of camping! The owners were wonderful to deal with. We would be happy to rent again in the future!!!
