No Smoking or Vaping Policy The use of any smoking or vaping products is strictly prohibited inside or in close proximity to the rental vehicle ("the rig"). Violation of this policy will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit, in addition to any costs incurred to restore the rig to its original pre-rental condition. Authorized Towing Policy Only the approved renter and the designated tow vehicle are permitted to tow the rig. Unauthorized towing will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit, along with any expenses required to restore the rig to its pre-rental condition. Stationary Delivery Policy If the delivery option is selected, the rig must remain stationary at the designated drop-off location and may not be attached to any tow vehicle. Non-compliance with this policy will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit, in addition to any costs incurred to restore the rig to its pre-rental condition. Pet Policy Pets are permitted; however, renters are responsible for preventing significant damage or excessive mess. Any damage or cleaning requirements exceeding normal wear and tear will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, in addition to any costs to restore the rig to its pre-rental condition. Propane Refill Charges Propane tanks will be refilled at a rate of $2.00 per gallon upon the rig's return. Pre-trip and post-trip propane levels will be documented and verified with the renter at the start and conclusion of the rental period.
