Riepilogo recensioni

Communicates well, inconsistent policies

Lulu receives praise for communication, quick responses, and smooth pickup/drop-off. However, she once cancelled a booking 0 days prior and a guest reported being forced to top off the gas tank despite the agreement.

Wonderful to drive, spacious

Guests report it is wonderful to drive, roomy, and comfortable. However, one review mentioned it was very dirty, had pet hair, low tire pressure, a broken awning, and outdated registration documents.

There are five people in our family, including two teenagers and 2 years old girl. Last year, because of the epidemic situation, we didn't travel for a year because of many safety factors. We decided to buy a brand new RV. We started from Orlando, passes through eight states, drove for four days to Yellowstone national park, then we visited five states to Los Angeles, Finally, I went back to Orlando through 7 states. I traveled 20 states and visited 9 national park for one month. This is our first time to use the RV and the longest vacation. I feel good. so during the idle period, I want to share my car with more people who like to travel and let me experience different happiness
