This travel trailer has all the comforts of home in a compact easy to tow trailer, that had ample space and storage for the whole family. This trailer has a signifigantly lower weight compared to other trailer's of this length, so towing behind smaller trucks and utility vehicles becomes possible. This trailer has had upgrades done to better accommodate our family including expanded counter space, storage cubbies in bunks for children, outdoor shower, and last but not least tankless water heater. Cosa è inclusoCurrently we are not including any additional items such as kitchen, bedding or bathroom items. We will provide RV toilet paper which is the only thing besides bodily waste that can enter the tanks. Altre cose di cui prendere notaOnly RV toilet paper is to be used- no other items should be flushed- damage can result, and you will forfeit your security deposit if the tanks become clogged.This unit will be cleaned and sanitized before and after each use by the owner- The renter is responsible for returning the unit in the same condition as they received it. Owner takes photos before and after rental.Hot water heater is tankless- maximum temperature of water depends greatly on entering water temperature, and in cooler climates, water temperature may only reach the upper 90s, where as in warmer climates it can reach 120 quickly. Water will remain consistent temperature as long as you have proper water temperature and propane- unit does NOT run on electricity.

Family of 4 that loves to travel and explore the world around us. Our RV has add-ons that make adventures a bit more enjoyable, while still maintaining a lighter trailer that can safely be towed by most vehicles with towing equipment. Our favorite place to end up is the beach! We usually don't plan too far ahead, and are very spontaneous when it comes to talking trips.
