Camper will be sanitized and cleaned for you, please return it in the same/similar conditions you received it (Specially the toilets and sinks). Make sure to dump the grey and black water tanks before returning (BOTH BATHROOMS HAVE SEPARATE TANKS) (If camping where there are no hookups, most Flying J stations have dump stations for your convenience) Fees will be charged from deposit if any rules are broken. *** Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter, due to renters doing most of what I've mentioned here, I have had to implement them.

4.0The delivery and pick up option was awesome. The camper was clean. The only negative was that there was no propane in the tank. Also it would be a good idea to create maybe an instruction book for the camper as probably most people who are renting haven’t had one before and don’t know the in’s and out’s of camper use.
