4.0We had a great time in Williams and the trailer met most of our needs. We assumed the trailer would be set up for us once it was dropped but it was pretty easy to set it up ourselves. The main bed was comfortable and all of the kitchen supplies were provided. We had some issues with the fridge, but it worked great while the generator was on, not sure if the battery just went out or what. Ken was excellent to communicate with and very responsive. It was a last minute trip for us and Ken was very accommodating!
