--40 gallon grey water holding tank
--30 gallon black water holding tank
--4 TVs (one in each bedroom, one in living room and one outside) with Roku units included.
--Dish TV satellite antenna and receiver included (will need to provide your own account which can be set up via Dish on a nightly basis).
--8 indoor (6 in common area, 2 in master bedroom) and 2 outdoor speakers. Speakers are integrated with entertainment system (TV, Radio, CD/DVD player, Satellite radio) so you can hear the music anywhere.
--Fully equipped kitchen area with toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, dishes, flatware, cookware, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and two basin kitchen sink.
--Dining area includes horseshoe table that sits 6 comfortably.
--Included toilet paper, holding tank chemicals and hand soaps in bathroom.
--Outdoor kitchen comes with refrigerator, sink (hot and cold water), cookware, microwave, and BBQ/Stove.
--Two 50# propane tanks will run the furnace, stoves, and hot water heater.
--Ceiling fan in the common area.
--Enclosed electric "fireplace" acts as either light decorations and/or space heater.
--Cargo carrier on end of RV with a 400lb rating to carry anything that can't fit in the huge interior storage area.
--With the provided generator you can camp "off the grid" almost as long as you want.
--Unable to tow yourself? No problem!! I will deliver the unit to your requested location. Once delivered, I will set it up, provide a walk-through to explain what you need to know. At the end of the rental, all you have to do is pack up your personal belongs and walk away--I will come back, secure it for travel and take it away.
