Very clean and safety certified class A motor home.
Always stored indoors.
sleeps 4 comfortably and 5 to 6 including kids.
Kitchen with propane stove, Fridge , microwave, washroom ( bath & toilet separate) . Dual Roof AC, Generator, outdoor cooking equipments, outdoor shower.
Queen bedroom, which can be converted to an office.( electrical switch)
Lot of storage..
Indoor shower and dry washroom.
Brand new tires,, back up Camera.
Summer days are available and also available for long term winter rental. Snowbirds attention please!!Long term winter rates are as follows
$60 plus maintenance per day for four months plus.
$80 plus maintenance per day for three months plus.
$125 per day for 30 to 89 days.
$150 per day for 10 to 29 days.

The trip was wonderful and a first time experience.. RV size and capacity was to our expectations.
It is an older vehicle and there were several maintenance items that were listed with the host.
