Queen-ish bed with a plush mattress pad, fresh clean sheets, pillows, and towels. Serious storage above, below, and throughout ~ you will not run out of space.

AC unit that actually keeps up in the heat
Buddy propane heater for cold nights
Fairy lights that make the whole space feel magical and cozy
Heavy duty seat covers for real-use adventures (and furry friends)
Kitchen & water:
Hot plate + hot water maker
Mini fridge + freezer
40-gallon tank connected to the sink
5-gallon alkaline drinking water dispenser under the bed (drink from this one)
