This unit is perfect for families looking to kick-back, relax, and enjoy time together in the great outdoors. This unique unit gives you double slides and separate rooms so that your family can experience all the things that camping has to offer, but without sacrificing comfort and privacy! Starting with the private master suite with residential queen bed with upgraded mattress, plenty of storage for your clothes and belongings, and smart TV, this camper offers plenty of space and amenities for the whole family!In the main area you will find a full reclining sofa with heat and massage. Fully-stocked kitchen includes microwave, refrigerator, oven, large sink and 3 burner stove top with exhaust fan and night light. Larger flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as blue-tooth enabled indoor/outdoor audio system present in this area as well. Full bathroom has tub/shower combo, toilet, and sink. Towels and toilet paper provided.At the rear of the camper is a sliding glass door leading to a separate private extra-large bunkhouse or sitting area with happy jack bed system that doubles as a dinette. TV present in back room as well with Roku device for streaming. Lots of space for either kids to play or for storage of larger items. 2 doors allow for easy entry into the camper from the front or back.Please do not hesitate to ask any questions regarding the unit. -Renter is responsible for reserving campsite and confirming that it can accommodate a 37 ft RV with slides on both sides.
-We do not allow pets in this unit or smoking in or around it. Any evidence of pet damage or smoking will result in full loss of security deposit.
-This unit is for delivery only. Please Contact me for delivery quote beyond 25 miles. Delivery setup and Pickup is included in the $100 minimum delivery fee. Delivery beyond 20 miles is $5.00 a mile.
- $40 dump fee will be added to any bookings that do not have sewer hook-ups at your campsite. This covers dumping at the end of your trip only. Any dumping required during your stay is the renter’s responsibility. We do offer a mobile dump-tank rental if needed.
-No rentals for parties and/or music festivals. This is a family unit and we ask that you treat it respectfully as such.
