Enjoy this luxury, off-grid capable RV for your next couples get-away or family adventure! This custom renovated RV provides a spacious, open floor plan with residential finishes so that you have many of the comforts of home even while camping. Equipped with solar panels, this RV is ready for your off-grid glamping experience!The comfortable king bed provides a great night's sleep and the custom-made "twin" bed in the converted bunk house area allows sleeping accommodations for one more. While this bed is slightly smaller than an RV twin, most adults can sleep comfortably on the 6" memory foam mattress.Guests will enjoy ready-made beds with cotton sheets, cotton towels in the bathroom and kitchen basics. While there is no microwave or built in oven, there is a portable oven/air fryer available for cooking as well as a 2 burner propane stove top.**There is no TV**The "Prowler" is light enough to tow with a 1/2 ton for guests with prior towing and RV experience.We Strongly prefer to offer delivery and set-up for this RV. We can offer delivery outside of the 70 mile stated delivery radius on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Delivery is $5.50/mile up to 70 miles and $7.50/mile beyond that.If you will be dry camping, please add the "Off-grid Package" at check out. This package includes the Anker solar generator, gas generator with full tank and full 5 gallon refill and a portable solar suitcase.PET Policy: 2 dogs max (no other animals) & $50 fee per pet.
NO pets on the furniture or beds.
No wet pets in the RV.
AT NO Time can your dogs be left unattended in the RV.
Any pet stains, pet potty smells, or ripped furniture will forfeit ALL of your security deposit.
If there is excessive dog hair in the RV or on ANY bedding for furniture, you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee.
If you do not disclose that you bring your pets, you will be charged $500.We are happy to provide Winter camping— please note that water lines may be winterized—check if the campground you book has showers and bathrooms! • When using the awning, be cautious of the wind! Especially here in Colorado, strongs winds can come out of no where and rip the awning off. If there is any wind or threat of an afternoon storm, please bring the awning in.
• When leaving the RV, the awning MUST be in!
