It did happen in the past that the previous renter didn't really clean all the dishes/glasses etc carefully. Is the camper suited for winter ?

100%. This is a 4 wheel drive truck, with winter tired. The heater is very powerful and will keep you warm and dry, there's a hot water system as well if you really need a hot showing after a rough day.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

How does it work for power ? Can I stay off-grid ?
A.
There are solar panels (200w), and the battery is being charged with these, also while driving, and also when plugged in a campground. This is designed to be staying off-grid most of the time.
