We treat all of our renters like friends and try to be as accommodating and helpful as possible. We hope for the same treatment in return and ask that you try to respect our RV during your trip. We are pet friendly and do not mind if you bring along your furry friend, we only ask that you clean up after them; we only apply the $100 pet fee if there is visible or olfactory damage caused by your pet. There are other fees that are spelled out in fee section, however, they are only charged when the RV is not returned the same way it left. Please not that due to our work schedule most pickups during the week cannot not occur until 5PM or later.Cosa è inclusoWe try to stock the RV with everything you will need for your trip. This both helps us to get to know each other better and allows us to prep the RV for the right conditions.Given that this is a family owned vehicle, we do DO NOT rent for Burning Man and other such festivals. If the RV is returned in a condition that clearly shows it had been at such a festival, we will charge a $10k fee given the amount of damage the alkaline dust causes to engine components. Cleaning Fee - $100: Charged if RV is rented only two nights, or if it is not returned in same condition as it left
Pet Fee - $100: Charged on top of the Cleaning fee ONLY if there is noticeable damage from the pet, otherwise pets are fee.
Propane Refill Fee - $100: Charged if tanks are not returned full
Gas Refill Fee - $50 plus cost of gas: Charged if tank is not returned full, gas used is unleaded 87.
Sewage Dump Fee - $100: Charged if black and grey water tanks are not returned empty.
