This is a gently used & very clean 2003 Coleman Fleetwood Bayside Elite folding camping trailer. Featuring a dining slide-out that opens up the inside so that everyone can move around comfortably. It includes TWO king size beds and a small bed over the dining area with privacy curtains to sleep comfortably at night and an awning to enjoy the great outdoors in the shade during the day.It also features all the basic comforts of life: indoor stove (3 burner) AND outdoor stove (4 burner), HOT running water with sink & drain, forced air Furnace, 3-Way Refrigerator and outdoor shower. 120 V electrical and water hookups are available or use the 15 gal water tank with pump and the 12 V battery (the battery is a new deep cycle marine/RV battery and all the light are LED, so NO worry about draining the battery). It comes with a Power Meter so you'll know when it has hit its limit. Don't worry about running out of propane. It has two tanks and gas leak detector inside. Sorry no toilet or AC.Bigger than most folding camping trailers, it rides very smoothly on freeway, specially with the brand new tires it has on. You will need a truck or van with some pulling power. The trailer's Gvwr is 3600 lbs when fully loaded and approximately 2650 when dry. I would NOT recommend pulling it with a minivan unless you have a towing package but check your vehicle's towing capacity.If you are looking for a Truck, I recommend . I had a great experience with Adam & his truck (he's not far from me and the price is right). You will need a 2" ball hitch and 7 pin electrical plug for the truck.This camping trailer is perfect for a family of 5 on a budget who want to enjoy the great outdoors with the basic comforts of life for a week.
