(Must have electricity @ site)Our camper is very clean and comfortable. It has a private bedroom separated by a wall with 2 closet spaces. There are 2 double bunks which can fit 2 kids each. The couch and the dining table turn into beds as well. There is one slide out, allowing for plenty of room inside the camper. Plenty of storage in the camper and a nice size bathroom with shower only. 5.0Corinne was wonderful! It was my first time renting an rv and she promptly answered all our questions. We had a large family reunion happening at Higgins Lake and needed some space for the cottage overflow. We reserved a site at the state park and wanted to have a comfortable, cottage-like experience rather than tent camping. Corinne was on time for drop off and had it set up quickly and efficiently. The rv was well-appointed, immaculate, and comfortable. I would absolutely rent from her again!

What if I will be arriving after check in time?

If you cannot arrive at 4pm for a walkthrough, that is ok. We will discuss how check in will look for you.

What if the site does not have water/sewer hookup?
A.
If your site does not have water and sewer hookup, that is ok. The camper will have a full 30gallon tank of freshwater. I recommend that you use the water sparsely if staying longer than 3 nights. Taking advantage of the campground showers is a great option. You will be able to check the water levels of the tank.

Do I need to bring bedding and towels?

This is optional for renters who prefer to have their own bedding and towels. Please let us know if you would like to have bedding and towels provided for the amount of guests in your reservation.

Is there an additional fee for my pet?
A.
No, we do not charge extra for kids, therefore will not charge extra for your pet. They are part of your family. The only thing we ask is that you keep your pet crated IF left alone inside the camper to prevent any possible damages due to anxiety in an unfamiliar place. Also abide by campground rules-that is keeping your pet leashed at all times.
