This is a one-year old RV that we adore. Unfortunately, life gets in the way of using it as much as we would like. There is no sense in this rig sitting, so please check out the details and consider us for your next adventure.

ALL surfaces will be free from debris, spills, crumbs, etc. The floor will be clean and free from dirt, mud, food, etc. The bathroom will be clean and fresh including the shower and glass surround. The oven, stove and microwave will be clean and free from all remnants of food. The refrigerator and freezer will be wiped clean and there will be nothing in it. Nothing will be in the closets or storage areas that is not designed to be there (i.e. DVD player, tools, etc.) There will be no trash in any living area or storage area, inside or out. If we provide bedding it will be clean and folded but not installed. Grey Water and Black Water tanks will be empty.
The RV is to be returned in the very same condition with one exception - the linens do not need to be washed upon return. Failure to return the rig this way will result in a cleaning penalty of $500.00. I have no desire to charge this – I do desire to have the rig returned in the same condition it was rented.Fuel Policy
The RV will be delivered with a full tank of gas, it is required to return it with a full tank of gas. A penalty equal to the fuel I need to add will apply.
