Proactive, responsive, supportive host
Nick was highly praised for being responsive, proactively assisting with towing needs (adapter), providing thorough instructions and walkthroughs for first-timers, and being available for questions throughout the trip. He made coordination easy.
Tows well, clean, and stocked
The 2021 Keystone Bullet Crossfire was noted to track well with a 1/2 ton truck. It is consistently described as clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with essentials like bunk beds, a queen bed, kitchen items, and an awning for families.

5.0Our family recently returned home from a 21 day camping road trip to the southwest, using Birch Grove Camper as our home. It was amazing! The Birch family is incredibly kind and wonderful to work with! Their camper had everything we needed - bunk beds for our kids, queen bed, kitchen, bathroom, kitchen table and plenty of storage to hold our personal belongings along with all our hiking gear (with room to spare). Their camper also has a nice size awning, providing a comfortable outdoor space which was perfect for watching the World Cup! This camper is the perfect size, making it easy to tow around the country, yet provide ample amount of living space. This is our second time renting from Birch Grove and we look forward to using them for our next adventure!

5.0Nick was very responsive and willing to accommodate for early pickup. I have a 4 pin connector instead of 7 on my SUV. He looked up the adapter and where to buy it from even before I thought about it. He made the rental experience quite enjoyable. Thanks Nick!

5.0Nick was amazing to rent from. He was thorough with instructions and was able to answer all my questions being a first time hauler I had plenty. He even checked in to make sure we got everything set up okay! He was also available to text for questions that arose during our trip. The camper was clean and fully stocked with everything we would have needed. I would totally rent from him again.

4.0It is a good trailer. It tracks well with a 1/2 ton truck. The owner is great with communication. Great to work with. Some things that need looking at.... The kitchen faucet needs tightening down. The sheets are not fitted so you may need to put them back on the mattress multiple times. The waste hose needs to be replaced. For a basic trailer it is great for camping.
