Responsive, supportive, and accommodating

Matt consistently provided timely responses, helpful support, and professional coordination from booking to pickup. He was accommodating, even for last-minute changes, and understanding regarding minor issues. He also offered delivery and setup.

Clean, cozy, and easy to handle

The RV was consistently praised for being clean, cozy, and in fantastic condition, with everything working great. Described as a 'home on wheels' due to being well-equipped, though one guest suggested more provisions for sleeping eight.
