Fantastic Outdoor features include an awning for those sunny days, 6ft folding table to set up for cooking outdoors. Mini fridge, ice maker, dual burner stove, and an outdoor shower.Spacious Interior features include an upgraded queen bed, double bunks, convertible dinette, sofa that converts to a bed. TV with sound bar, Xbox one with 2 controllers in case your stuck inside! Xbox also plays DVDs and Blu-ray. Full kitchen set up including stove top, oven, microwave, farmhouse sink, large fridge with separate freezer and a pantry. Cozy up with the electronic LED fireplace or ducted Heat. Cool off with Central A/C.

• Cookware, plates, utensils (indoor & out), toaster, blender.
• A tripod grill for cooking over an open fire.

• Water hoses one for fresh and a separate one for flushing, and wastewater hoses.
• Electric cords, main power and extensions.
• Sway bar & tow hitch for 2" receiver. (Vehicle must have trailer brake controller installed)

No smoking. Any evidence of smoking and the renter will be charged a $200.00 fee.
Pets are welcome. Any damage is the responsibility of the renter.
If we are delivering the camper drop-offs will be 6pm or later as we work, then pickup will be discussed and worked around campground rules.

Shawn facilitated setup, delivery, and pickup. He maintained excellent communication, promptly responded to inquiries, and even checked in during the rental, making interactions easy and pleasant for all guests.
Well-equipped and comfortable RV
The Grey Wolf is consistently praised for being very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It comes fully stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, cleaning supplies, and thoughtful welcome baskets including snacks and toiletries. Provides ample room.

5.0We had a great time with our daughter and grandbabies. Shawn is a great host. Delivery and pick up times were fabulous. The camper was so well stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, fully stocked kitchen as far as dishes and such. Even a snack basket. Will rent again if able to! Everything was great! We had a great time.

5.0Host was amazing to work with. Communication was top notch and even checked in personally part way through our week rental. We had the trailer delivered and set up to a camp ground and could not have asked for a better experience in host or trailer. It had everything we needed and made our week extra special. We would highly recommend this host!!
