● Plates, bowls, cups, mugs, and silverware (service for 6)
● Cutting board, knives, can opener, bottle opener, measuring cups, and kitchen essentials
● Keurig coffee maker and toaster
● Dish soap, sponge, paper towels, and trash bags
● RV-safe toilet paper
● Camping chairs
● Outdoor folding table
● Fresh water hose, sewer hose, leveling blocks, water pressure regulator, surge protector, and electrical adapters

● A minimum $2,000 cleaning and odor remediation fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the RV.
● No festivals or large events are permitted, with the exception of EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, which is welcomed with prior approval (Minimum charge applies)
● Pets are only allowed with prior approval and any applicable pet fees.
● Do not climb or walk on the roof.
● Return the RV in the same condition it was received, free of excessive dirt, mud, or trash.
● Report any damage or mechanical issues as soon as they occur so we can assist and prevent further damage.
● Only approved drivers listed on the reservation may operate the RV.
● Towing is not permitted unless specifically approved in writing before your trip.

From sheets and pillows, to cooking gear, ziploc bags, s’more roasting sticks, camp chairs, and so much more. Mark was great communicating and explaining things to us. We had an amazing time. * Only verified and approved drivers listed on the reservation may operate the RV.
* Driver must meet all Outdoorsy insurance requirements.
* No climbing or walking on the roof.
* Do not exceed the RV’s maximum occupancy or seatbelt capacity.
* No off-road driving or travel on unmaintained roads.
* No towing unless approved in writing before your trip.
* Pets are welcome only with prior approval. Pets are not to be left alone/unattended in the RV.
* Please remove all trash before returning the RV.
* Return the RV in reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, stains, or odors may result in additional cleaning charges.
* Empty the black and gray holding tanks before return unless the dump service add-on has been purchased.
* Return the fuel tank at the same level it was received. A refueling fee plus the cost of fuel will apply if not returned full. (Minimum $100)
* Report any damage, accidents, or mechanical issues immediately.
* Do not perform repairs without contacting us first unless it’s an emergency.
* Follow all campground rules and quiet hours.
* Guests are responsible for tolls, parking tickets, traffic citations, and other violations incurred during the rental.
* Delivery includes setup and teardown. Please do not disconnect or relocate the RV after it has been delivered.
* Please treat the RV as if it were your own so every guest can enjoy a clean, comfortable, and reliable experience.
