-Major Dirt Roads are off limits. Examples Denali, Steese, and Taylor Highways, Denali Park Road, Skilak Lake Road, Willow Fishhook over Hatcher Pass, etc.
-Wipe down all surfaces e.g. counters, stove, microwave, bathroom sink, toilet, shower, and table.
-Sweep out all areas, bedroom, bathroom, living, and driver areas.
-Wash pots, pans, and dishes.
-Clean and store folding table and chairs.
-No smoking or vaping, you will forfeit your entire deposit. And please close the windows when you have a camp fire going.
-There is nothing exciting on the roof, please do not climb on it.
-You will be provided with a full tank of gasoline and propane. The RV must be returned with full tanks. If not returned with full tanks, a $50 convenience fee for each tank plus the cost of gas and/or propane will be applied.
-Gray and black water tanks need to be emptied. If not returned empty a $50 convenience fee will be applied.
-Fresh water tank will be full at the time of delivery. You do not need to fill when returning.

Alan drove hours to fix a toilet, maintained top-notch communication, and provided thorough explanations of the RV. He was very accommodating with questions and trip changes.
Clean, handles well, family-friendly
Lucy is clean, well-maintained, and great for 4-6 people. It features a comfortable main bed, a functional bathroom with a hot shower, and is stocked with dishes and cleaning supplies.

5.0Perfect RV for my family of four adults. The main bed is surprisingly comfortable. Bathroom functions well, the shower is hot and big enough to move around in a bit. We did have an issue with the toilet and Alan took the time to drive hours out of his way to come fix it for us. He was also very responsive with any questions we had. Very fun way to explore Alaska.

5.0Would love it to use the solar and a small vacuum would be awesome. Alan was fantastic and he took out changes with no issue.

5.0Working with Alan to rent his motor home was a pleasant experience. Communication was top notch and the motor home worked great for our family of six. Alan explained how everything worked and the motor home was very clean and handled well. It was stocked with basic dishes for cooking and eating, utensils and cleaning supplies. We would confidently recommend renting from Adam. Traveling in “Lucy” was perfect for our Alaska vacation.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We will try to be as flexible as possible, we do both work a 9-5 but with enough advanced notice we should be able to make most anything work.

Can you deliver?
A.
Yes we can! Deliveries are free within 15 miles, and only $3 per mile after that. That makes delivery to the Anchorage International Airport $150. That price includes drop off in the same location as well.
