Red Rock Basecamp is a one-of-a-kind luxury tiny-home style glamping experience located at Settlers Point Luxury RV Resort near St. George and Zion National Park. Perfectly positioned as a basecamp for exploring Zion, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, and other Southern Utah destinations, you can also take a day trip to Bryce Canyon or Las Vegas while enjoying resort amenities and beautiful red rock views.
Enter into the large living area featuring an L-shaped couch that converts to a full bed, a TV, and a high-top table for meals and games, along with a full kitchen with concrete countertops, extra bench space, and a kitchen island. A loft ladder leads to the sleeping loft with two twin beds that can combine into a full bed and a window for natural light. Toward the back of the trailer is a large family lounge with a big-screen TV, fireplace, and large windows to take in the surrounding views, along with a secondary entry through sliding glass doors. Upstairs, the main suite includes a queen mattress with high-quality bedding, open shelving closet, storage, TV, two windows, sink vanity with a round wooden mirror, shower, and a separate toilet room.
Located within Settlers Point Luxury RV Resort, guests can enjoy amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, clubhouse with space to watch movies and play indoor games like board games, as well as outdoor activities such as pickleball, plus a regular activity calendar for guests. The resort is very kid-friendly, while the trailer itself is located in a more private area ideal for adult groups. Located just a few steps away are the nearby laundry and shower/toilet facilities, cleaned multiple times daily and offering a great option for more spacious showers. We want you to have a great time while with us here in the Zion area. Here are a few of our Rules of Road to help make certain everything goes well. Please read the Rental Agreement prior to signing for a complete list of rules.
For those selecting travel trailers: We only deliver our travel trailers, we do not allow guests to tow or move the trailers themselves. You must select your destination, campground, etc. prior to the reservation being completed. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to a particular site if we deem it to be dangerous to us or our trailers.
There is absolutly no smoking or vaping allowed in the trailers. Any signs of smoking or vaping will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Do not climb on the roof for any reason.
No Pets allowed except in designated pet friendly trailers...if we find evidence of pets in the non-designated pet friendly trailers, the minimum cleaning fee is $500.
