Maria consistently provides thorough explanations, responds quickly to questions and issues (like flat tires or hot water problems), and is accommodating with schedule changes. However, there are multiple host cancellations and one instance of unprofessional communication regarding damage.

The 22’ 2021 Ozark Camper Trailer is often praised for being clean, well-stocked, and having a comfortable, smart layout. It tows "amazingly well" with an F-150 and is generally "easy to pull." Some cosmetic wear is noted, and one reviewer reported a broken emergency brake line.

5.0The RV was excellent for our needs. It was clean, mostly in good condition. A slight issue with the hot water, but the owner was very responsive and quick to fix it. The bed was comfy and provided a great nights sleep. I would recommend this rental!

5.0Ok where to start. First off, Maria is absolutely one of the kindest and most respectful individuals I have ever met. She took her time explaining the RV, answering my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with all the features. There are a lot of cool features. The RV was super clean, smelt great, prepared fantastically and worked like a charm. I traveled with our two kids, and my wife to the mountains and she even suggested a perfect spot. She was responsive to questions as we were camping as I had a few pop up. But I will 1000% be renting from here again and I recommend her to all my friend, family, people that are interested & even my enemies. She’s incredible. Best experience we’ve had in Colorado in a very very long time. Thank you Maria! CHOOSE THIS RV & MARIA!! You won’t regret. It.

5.0Overall, we had an amazing time with this trailer and couldn’t be happier working with Maria. This is a great trailer for small families and towed amazingly well with an F-150. I’m sure certain SUV’s would also handle it well. Is this trailer brand new and in showroom condition? No. There is some cosmetic wear that shows it has been used, but it really doesn’t take away from the experience in my opinion. All key systems on the trailer (I.e. A/C, water, appliances, etc.) worked perfectly and as expected. It was comfortable and got the job done! Even more importantly than the trailer, I could not say better things about Maria. She made the entire experience so easy and wonderful. She is so easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed to have a successful and memorable trip. Unfortunately, we had a tire blowout on the way to our destination but were able to work with Maria to get everything sorted out quickly. We had an amazing experience and will absolutely be renting from Maria again!
