5.0We recently spent a week at South Beach State Park in this trailer. It was a wonderful experience and both the trailer and the host, Tim, were easy to work with. My communication with Tim was clear and quick. We arrived at the park early and he showed up right on time. He clearly went over things with me as he set the trailer up, which helped me to be aware of what could (but didn't) happen. The trailer is only a year old but it was spotless and looked brand new. Everything worked superbly. We really enjoyed using a fridge instead of our usual cooler. The heater took the chill out of the night without needing to bundle up in extra blankets. Our checkout was great. We cleaned it up and gave him a call to tell him we were headed home. He came by and took it down, emptied the tanks, and drove it home. We received an email later stating we left in it in fine shape. If we find ourselves down that way again, we would happily rent this trailer again! Thanks Tim.

He is based local to South Beach State Park so when the burner unit on the stove top was malfunctioning he showed up in less than an hour and fixed the problem. The trailer was clean, plenty of fresh clean linens/towels/blankets. We will rent from Tim again for sure. Very happy and satisfied with entire experience.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric, water, and sewer hookups are easy. Plug the 30-amp power cord into the campground pedestal. Connect the included water hose and in-line water filter to the spigot for safe, clean water. If your site has sewer, attach the hose from the outlet to the drain and keep valves closed until dumping. Without sewer, tanks hold waste and we handle emptying after your trip which is included in the prep fee.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Flexibility really depends on check-in and check-out times of the campgrounds. Typically I will deliver on check-in, and pick up within an hour of check-out. The guest can either be there for delivery and pick-up, or not.
