- Stowaway twin bunk with linens + pillow + blanket (175lb limit)
- Dinette benches do not convert but remove back cushion to become sleeping area. Includes linen + blanketKitchen:

Black and gray tanks must be emptied by the guest prior to return unless the optional tank clean-out service was purchased at checkout. If excessive cleaning is required, or if tanks are not emptied without the service add-on, a portion of the security deposit may be withheld.Interior Protection Plan
To protect both our guests and our camper, we request that all renters purchase the $69 Interior Protection Plan at checkout. This plan helps cover accidental damages, reducing the chance that we’ll need to withhold money from your security deposit. If we do need to keep a portion of the deposit for damages, you’ll be able to file a claim through the plan to be reimbursed.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Locate the power pedestal at your campsite. You’ll usually find outlets for 30-amp, 50-amp, and sometimes 20-amp service. The Basecamp uses 30-amp (3-prong).
Make sure the breaker is switched off at the pedestal.
Use the provided surge protector between the pedestal and the cord to protect against voltage spikes or miswired pedestals.
Plug in your camper’s power cord.
Switch the breaker on after plugging in.
