3.0Brian was responsive before we rented the camper, camper true to pictures. However several problems occurred upon delivery ($50) 1) Awning didn't work 2) Shower had a mop in it, floors not clean. 3) The toilet had insufficient water flow, the shower started backing up after 3 showers. 4) We were unable to empty the campers sewer tank as it was leaking to the outside. Since it was our last day, we didn't contact Brian and utilized the campgrounds facilities. The next morning Brian discovered a leak (ring broke) in the campers hose and worked on the problem. 5) Brian (and we) forgot to ask for campers keys and if we could bring them to his house which I originally agreed to 6) We asked for an adjustment due to the mishaps, Brian never responded.
