This travel trailer has something for everyone, and enough room for them too. With a double slide out Bunk Room, featuring 3 Bunks and a jackknife sofa there is plenty of room for the kids at night or on a rainy day. The bunk room also features a full entertainment wall with TV and plenty of Storage. The master has a queen bed with mattress topper and enough space to walk on all sides of the bed. The main living space features a U shaped dinette (that folds down to a full size bed) and another jackknife sofa in the large slide out. Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you and your family will need to cook indoor or outside. Coffee maker and toaster are kept in the camper for use by renters as well. The exterior has an 18ft awning (outdoor mat/chairs included) with LED lighting (in awning and under the trailer) and an outdoor kitchen with a dorm size fridge, gas grill, and sink. The stereo system has indoor and outdoor speakers with blue tooth and aux hook ups. Camper is equipped with a TV antenna to get local channels at all locations as well. All appliances inside are stainless steel and work very well. A/C blows cold air, and the furnace will keep you toasty on cooler nights. This camper has ample room for people and gear with plenty of storage space for gear and food. The kitchen is fully equipped (pots/pans, plates/bowls/ cups, flatware) with everything you will need including a magnetic spice rack that will be fully stocked. Coffee machine (with coffee and filters on board) and toaster are kept in the camper for use by renters as well. For outdoor (what we really care about when we are camping) the outdoor matt for under the awning, a variety of camping chairs, and outdoor games (bag toss/ladder ball, and outdoor yhatzee) will also be included with all rentals. Lanterns and bug repellant candles will also remain with the unit for use. Delivery and pick up are available for an additional fee.RaccomandazioniWith proximity to plenty of great campgrounds on the lakes and rivers of the TN Valley the location and size of this trailer offer a great variety of vacation destinations for families or small groups. Renters have also used it to accommodate visiting family and friends on their property. With adapters to plug into 110v power (this does limit use of some items) this camper also makes a great on site guest house for out of town visitors. Great customer service and fast replies to address any questions or concerns. We had some plumbing issues while camping but they were addressed quickly and resolved as well as they could be. The unit had a nice size shower, lots of space in the extra bedroom and lots of included kitchen supplies for cooking at home. The unit was dropped off and setup on time and made arriving stress free. Thanks for the great service!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Wednesday and Thursday mornings I have obligations that would have to be work around, but as long as there is coordination I can provide pick up or drop off in the afternoon those days, and almost any time during the rest of the week.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

If I am providing drop off on site I will do all of the connections and walk the renter through set up in case there are any issues that arise. If the renter is picking up from my home and towing a full walk through of operations will be conducted during pick up, this will include electrical, water, and sewage hookups, as well as operations of the slide outs and steps, to ensure the renter is comfortable with all set up.

We are a blended family with teenagers who are almost out of the house and young kids who we are just starting to adventure with. We usually have at least one of our family mini Aussies with us and mainly love family friendly campgrounds where our boys can enjoy the outdoors and maybe meet some friends.
