You'll be comfortable with a 3-piece bathroom, outdoor shower, AC and heat (propane). Two folding chairs and an outdoor rug are included.Want to tow it yourself? RollingInn is just under 24 feet long and has a Gvwr (loaded weight) of 5400 lbs and hitch weight of 420 lbs. Delivery to your campsite within 250 km of Victoria is also an option.***Please note that smoking/vaping and pets are not permitted in RollingInn***
