We are pet friendly for an additional fee for $10 per pet(up to 2).NO smoking of any kind allowed. There will be $200 fee deducted from deposit if smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. found or if the odor is present at pick up.$30 prep fee is basic. If camper is filthy or trashed $50 additional per hour to clean will be deducted from your deposit. We understand normal cleaning will be required. This will be for cleaning above and beyond normal. Please note the condition you arrived and leave it how it was when arrived. This is our personal camper we would like to keep it nice!Damages and/or broken items will be deducted from deposit and the replacement and/or cost to fix.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Delivery only. No personal hauling of our camper. Flexibility is based on our schedule and we will do our best to meet every request possible!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
No worries! This is done for you at set up. All you will need to bring is food, clothes and any other personal items you may need. This will be set up and ready to go at whatever camping spot you choose! Just provide us with a camp site number and you are good to just arrive at the specified time! *you are responsible for booking and paying for camp site fees at the location of your choice*
