Very clean unit! Fully enclosed/heated underbelly. Gate valves are inside belly. 3 bunks in rear, dinette folds down into bed, couch folds into bed with air mattress. Pillow-top queen in master bedroom. Outdoor kitchen with mini fridge. 2 Generator options are available for rent at additional charge. Towels, Master bed bedding, 3 bunk bedding included. If using dinette or pull out bed, you'll need to bring own blankets/pillows. Some pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, cups, bowls, and plates included. I'm the service manager at Esquire RV so I make sure everything is working as it should and perform any repairs needed which includes "necessary" repairs while you are renting it.Altre cose di cui prendere nota-$45 Dump fee will be charged for waste tanks that were not emptied and flushed upon return
