Be safe!--- Please no smoking or illegal drugs. [$150 minimum charge plus cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found in the trailer]
--- Please no sitting on counter tops or stove top.
--- Please do not wear shoes or wet clothing on beds and sofa to avoid stains and additional cleaning fees.
--- Please no climbing on the roof.
--- Please only dogs or cats only, max two pets under 50lbs. each.
--- As per Outdoorsy's policy, off-road driving is not permitted. (Gravel paths okay)
--- Please no traveling to Mexico.
--- Renters are responsible for any issues that arise that were not caused by normal wear and tear.
--- Renter is responsible for emptying the Black water tank, gray water tank upon return.
OPTION: WE DUMP THE TANKS -Bring the tanks back full and we will take care of the dirty work; $175/ea. (included in addon's)
--- Renters are expected to return the trailer cleaned. All the dishes washed, dried and put away. Counters wiped and sanitized, trash removed and a reasonable effort to sweep out dirt and leaves. Please put things amenities back where they were when you found them. This includes games/reading material. If the trailer interior is not in similar condition to the condition at pick-up a cleaning fee will apply at a minimum of $100 plus $60/hr. Some cleaning supplies and broom will be included.
--- Owners will take care washing the bedding and sheets/towels and wash exterior of the trailer.
--- Please allow plenty of time for us to walk around and perform our pre-check out and instructions at the time of pick-up. Approximately 1 hour.
--- Pick-up and return time can be agreed upon before departure, if returned late $50/hr. may be applied.

5.0David went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for our camping trip. He was nice enough to even let us pick it up the night before, free of charge. The camper was easy to set up, and was filled with tons of things to use while camping (spices, pots, pans, silverware, extra blankets, towels, ect). It had everything we needed and some!

5.0Renting David’s R.V. was much easier than I thought it would be. I was very nervous as a first time renter and he explained everything about the RV in detail which was very much appreciated. Our communication was great. When I forgot about adding on generator he was more than happy to make sure I had one and promptly put it on the RV. David and his RV made my trip to the Deschutes River a success! I will definitely rent from him again. Thank you David for making my family get away a great one…

We are very flexible to work with your pickup and drop off schedule. If we need to make any special arrangements we are more than will to accommodate. We also provide a delivery service as an addon up to 75 miles if requested.
