**** Please note, the "service fee" listed under "taxes and fees" goes directly to Outdoorsy and as such we have no control over that cost.****We highly recommend that you choose an insurance plan that includes roadside assistance. If you already have roadside assistance through AAA or alike please be sure to confirm that RVs are covered.******Please Please Please.....add on Damage Protection. It isn't expensive and will save you huge headaches if something gets damaged.****We'll be happy to work with you on additional needs, questions and anything else so that you have the very best vacation experience!ParticularsThis RV is best pulled by a 3/4 ton vehicle (e.g. Ford F-250, Silverado 2500) or greater.Weight distribution / Sway Bar system: If you plan on towing this camper with a 1/2 ton vehicle, renting the Weight Distribution system is required. Please consider in advance if your towing experience is appropriate for a trailer of this size. Previous experience RV'ing will come in very handy but if you don't have that experience we will review the features and proper set up in detail.Camper has full Artic package for below freezing temperatures and weighs 7100 pounds without clean water tank full (add 680 pounds when filled). Camper has a 885 pound tongue weight. If the tongue weight is just a bit to heavy for your vehicle you can rent the weight distribution system to offset the tongue weight. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to know the towing limits of your vehicle. You Must have a 2" (or larger) receiver hitch.Trailer Plug wiring on your towing vehicle must be a 7-prong round plug (see picture). We do not have adapter plugs and do not permit them as we have found them unreliable and unsafe.Damage Deposit Particulars. If you take good care of the RV, clean up after yourself and pets, and cause no damage to the RV or included amenities, you can count on getting 100% of your Deposit returned without delay. We're thrilled to have you as our guests.Warm Regards,
Keith and Chuck
