5.0The RV was perfect for what I needed. Bill set everything up for me. He was kind and very thorough explaining everything that I needed to know about the RV. The RV was clean and included some dishes, pots, and pans, silverware, etc. This was the first time I ever rented an RV and I had no issues whatsoever. Having the RV allowed me to be close to my family. My grandchildren were so excited when I agreed that they could come for a sleepover. I had a great visit and would definitely rent this RV from Bill again. My experience with Outdoorsy from start to finish was excellent. I have already shared their information with some of my friends and will be looking at options available for my trip next summer.

5.0We had a great experience renting this RV from Bill. We took it camping and it went flawlessly. The RV was in excellent condition. Bill went through all the details on pick up and showed us how to disconnect and reconnect everything and where things go etc. Everything worked perfectly - we used the water, propane to cook and heat the trailer when it got too chilly, zero issues with any of the aspects of the trailer. A general knowledge of towing and using a generator etc is a good thing to have going into this, but Bill does do a very good job helping to explain and answer any questions. Overall a wonderful experience and we would do it again! Highly recommend!
