This 2019 Keystone Hideout Luxury Series, has all you need for the ultimate 'glam'ping experience! Queen master bed in the bedroom sleeps 2 (with a solid door), Double over Double bunks sleeps up to 4 kids(or 2 larger kids or adults), Dinette converts to sleep up to 2 people. And 2 super comfortable full recliners that can even sleep 2 people! Sink, stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, bathroom with a shower and tub, super cold A/C, toasty warm heat, water heater, power awning, power slide out, 2 entrances (1 directly into the bathroom), large 50" Jensen TV, Jensen stereo system, Central Vacuum, lots of storage and cabinet space, and so much more! No smoking, vaping, or drugs in the camper or within 10 feet
No incense or air fresheners
Camper is to be returned in the same condition
All garbage is to be removed
Dishes are to be washed and dried
Dirty towels must be left in the shower tub
Bed linens must be left on the beds
Nothing except what comes out naturally from your body and RV toilet paper is to be put in the toilet
Nothing is to go down the sink or shower drains other than water, soap and safe cleaning products
The black and both grey tanks must be emptied prior to the return of the camper (do not overflow them)
The camper can only be at the location(s) that have already been approved by the owner
To use the air conditioner, you MUST have it connected directly to an appropriate RV electrical outlet that will supply 120V and at least 30A
Do NOT use a 15A to 30A adapter if using the air conditioner
Do not use the camper with a generator
ALL damages while being rented are the full responsibility of the renter
Do not use the awning in storms, windy conditions, or heavy rains and it must be retracted at night time and before moving the camper
The camper must be back at the agreed upon date and time
If any included items break or are missing, you are responsible to cover the cost to replace those items
Only Outdoorsy verified drivers are allowed to tow, drive, and operate this camper
Only persons discussed with the owner are allowed to stay in the camper
No bikes, recreational items (kayaks etc), or any bulky or sharp items that can cause damage are to be stored or transported inside/outside of the camper
Kids must be supervised at all times while in/around the camper
No jumping on furniture
Only persons weighing under 150lbs can be on the top bunk
Do not cut anything directly on the countertops as they WILL cut. There is a cutting board provided to use inside the camper
