Looking to take a couples trip or let the kids have their own room? look no further, this camper has it all with two separate bedrooms with queen beds and doors that close for privacy. Camper is in brand new condition with extra big refrigerator, awning and has two TVs included (one you could bring outside for your own entertainment as well)Camper has awesome Blue LED lighting inside and out as well as a separate door from outside to get in and use the bathroom! you have to come take this beauty out with you and enjoy the amenities of home while making the best memories with friends and family.This Camper is mostly vacation ready! the only thing it is missing is You!Included:
- Two Tvs (32" smart tv and 43" non smart tv)
- Sheets and Pillows
- Plates / Cups and Silverware
- Pots and Pans and a Cast Iron Pan
- Blackstone Griddle with propane (best meals ever made on it)
- Kitchen Towels
- kitchen Knives + cutting boards / mixing bowls
- Bug Spray
- Dish Soap / Cleaning Supplies
- up to 5 premium outdoor folding chairs
- 6ft folding table (as seen in pictures above)*Axe and Hatchet are available upon request at no charge*Also Included are

- 30 amp power cord and extenstion (surge protector and 50amp plug converter as well)

Please no climbing onto the Roof.
No smoking inside of the Camper.
Please dump the Sewer tanks after (and during if needed) your trip. If the camper is returned without the tanks being dumped, there will be a $200 fee assessed to the security deposit. Please don't hesitate to ask for help on this as the camper comes with everything you need and I am more than happy to show how this is done.
Please return the camper in the condition that you picked it up in. Make sure that your dishes are done, floor is swept etc. I expect to do a thorough cleaning after every rental such as washing floors, cleaning the bedding, but please treat this unit like it is your own.
