It comes with a battery to run basic electronics such as the radio, lights, plug-ins and the water pump for the sink. When connected to 30 amp shore supply the a/c can be run to keep the interior cool. There is also a heater for when it gets cold which is supplied by onboard propane. The galley area contains a cooler, sink, and 2 burner propane cooktop. There is also a 24 gallon water tank that can be filled to use when off grid. I do have a small generator available to add-on. It can be run on gasoline or propane. It will not need to be run all the time unless the ac is on.
If the use is going to be local, please let me know and we can work out a discount.
A new top mount air conditioner has been just added along with a LiPO battery. This allows for much better cooling performance and limited boondocking capability.
There is NO bathroom on this trailer.Cosa è inclusoThere some basic tools and lanterns stored under the bed to be used when needed. I can deliver to you within 25 miles or by special request. The trailer is a 7 blade hookup but I have multiple adaptors. Upon request a 9x9 canopy can be included for use.RaccomandazioniI've taken it on fishing and hinting trips and its been great having my own place to stay.Altre cose di cui prendere notaThe rules are to take care of the trailer as if its yours and no smoking inside.

Exceptional flexibility and communication
Heath consistently offers flexible pick-up/drop-off, often meeting guests along highways or closer to their destinations, saving significant travel time. He is also friendly, responsive, and attentive to questions, making the rental process easy.
Lightweight, easy to tow
This lightweight teardrop trailer tows easily, even with smaller SUVs like an Outback, and maneuvers well. It features a great AC, effective furnace, a cozy sleeping area for two, ample storage, and a functional outdoor kitchen. Setup is simple.

5.0Great little camper. We were thinking of purchasing one so it was a perfect test drive. Towed well behind our Outback and set up easily. He was kind enough to meet us closer to our destination, saving us an hour of driving time. We had a little trouble with the AC and the fan but im sure there was some user error factored in. Great host and great camper!
