Super Clean 2025 Forester 24' (PET Friendly)

The nightly rental rate was reasonable, and the RV generally met our basic needs. However, several significant issues impacted our experience. The listing stated that the hitch was available, but it was locked and unusable. More concerning, the RV was advertised as having six seat belts, yet only four were actually provided. Since seating capacity is a key factor when choosing an RV and directly relates to passenger safety, this discrepancy was a major issue for our family. We also discovered that the shade awning was broken. While equipment failures can happen, we were not informed of this before our trip and only learned about it after taking possession of the RV. In addition, the numerous extra charges at the end of the rental left us feeling nickel-and-dimed. While we understand that some fees are part of the rental process, the final cost ended up being much higher than expected. Accurate listings and proactive communication are important when renting an RV. Unfortunately, due to the misrepresentation of key features and the overall experience, we would not rent from this host again.

The RV was as described and worked well for our family. No drama or issues at all - we could just enjoy our time together.

Great motor home, such convenient features. And stellar host communication. He was always available for questions during the trip.

Great RV, friendly renters

The camper was great, very clean, comfortable and well put together. Drove great too. Had a great trip. Was my first RV trip, Evgeniy walked us how to use everything and where all the equipment/tools were located. Would definitely rent again!
