Welcome to our 2023 Coleman Lantern RV travel trailer ready to head out on your next adventure! This trailer fits most campgrounds 21 ft 7in long. The trailer sleeps 5-6, 1 queen bed with upgraded mattress and privacy curtain, a bunk house (with foam toppers for more comfort) and a dinette that converts to a bed (great for 2 small kids). Excellent condition, new tires, extremely clean, and easy to tow with a base weight of only 3,078 pounds Most full-sized trucks and SUVs can handle it.Equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and all of the essentials you’ll need for your getaway.We know you'll enjoy traveling in our RV as much as we do!Important Items:Cleaning: $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the RV is not returned in the same clean condition as when received.Tank Emptying: $50 fee will be charged if the grey and black water tanks are not emptied by renters before return.Inside: Knives, forks, spoons, bowls, plates, cups, 6 cup moka pot for delicious coffee, cutting board, BBQ utensils, mixing bowls, microwave, pots & pans, scissors, toilet paper, trash can.Outside: 40-feet of sewage hose with clear fittings, 50-ft water hose, water filter,tire chocks, leveling blocks and spare tire.You will need a 2 -inch receiver on your vehicle and round 7-pin connector.
