No smoking, please. Please plan ahead of time and make reservations for campgrounds with “FULL HOOK-UPS” set ups to enjoy all the amenities. We allow dry camping/Boondocking, just understand this option may require additional costs.
• At picks-up please allow and plan for 1 1/2hour orientation, for walk around, test drive, signing of contracts and to answer any questions you may have.
•The awning is not fully covered by Outdoorsy, Renter is fully responsible for any damages to the awning, Price to be determined.
• Please do not go over the recommended speed limit of 65MPH. GPS tracker is installed in the RV for safety and insurance purpose.
• Travel is not permitted to Mexico, New York City, Manhattan, Alaska, Canada or Burning Man Festival.
• Large Festival/ Concert Venues must be authorized by owner (Coachella, EDC etc.)
• Renter must purchase Insurance through Outdoorsy.
• Travel off road on non-public, unpaved and or” logging roads” are not permitted at any time.
• Death Valley: Due to extreme temperatures, traveling in or traversing Death Valley is not permitted June-August. Travel is permitted January -April and September-December, However Customer is fully responsible for all mechanical problems and/or towing or vehicle recovery costs. Ground temperatures can reach 140 For 60 C
• Winter: Travel during winter months is permitted. However, Renters are responsible for any damage due to systems freezing due to cold weather. As a precautionary measure, water may be replaced by anti-freeze to prevent water systems from freezing (Please ask for instructions on this procedure). Customers must plan on using bottled water and may be charged a ‘de-winterization’ fee if water systems are used. Special instructions may be give. Freezing conditions may occur in Spring and Fall at higher elevations and should be anticipated and precautionary measures taken.
• Summer: Travel in summer months and /or in extreme temperatures can strain motor home systems such as roof and dash air conditioners, generator, and refrigerator. We maintain our motor homes to accommodate all weather conditions; however, Renters should be made aware that performance of motor home systems under extreme conditions cannot be guaranteed.
• Our RV uses DIESEL FUEL only!!
• Propane is Free. Only initial is provided. Renter is responsible to refill after all used if needed.
• At the end of your trip, please return RV on time and in the same clean condition as it was given to you. Free of trash, Black and Grey tanks are both dumped and empty, with full tank of DIESEL FUEL. Extra fees otherwise will be applied accordingly.
• Travel light-please pack your belongings in a duffle bags or back packs, NO luggage inside the RV as not enough storage and can damage the RV.
