Sleeps 5 Comfortably.. with comfort bunkhouse 2 beds, queen bed and a fold down dinette table. Please see photo that includes measurements of each bed size. Your comfort is important to us.The beds are covered with fresh fitted linens, please bring your own sleeping bag or sheets for the beds. There are comfort throw pillows added to each bed for your convenience, these aren’t sleeping pillows, please bring your own for your comfort and sanitary purposes.The kitchen is fully stocked including single serving coffee maker (uses k-cups or ground coffee) and a double wide toaster.There is no use of the awning, due to caution of mishandling and possible damage, please bring a pop-up tent or screen house.Please NO pet’s NO smoking! It’s a family friendly camper. There will be an additional fee starting at $100 if such is suspected.You will also receive 2 rolls of RV toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, large fresh water bottle, paper napkins, 1 dish towel, dish cloth and sponge, dish soap and hand soap, outdoor rug, 2 oversized outdoor chairs and an outdoor folding table.. and more.Please note returning RV maybe the responsibility of the renter with parking and stabilizing to the place of pick up.*Pick up RV is at 6:30 am unless other arrangements are made prior. *Drop off RV is no later than 6:30 pm.
