Bryan consistently provided clear communication, thorough explanations, and readily assisted guests, making pickup/drop-off easy and supporting even first-time RVers throughout their trip.
Easy and comfortable to drive
The RV is consistently described as easy to drive, maneuverable, and comfortable for long trips, even for those new to large vehicles. It features unlimited miles, a generator, an awning, and is pet-friendly. An AC issue was addressed.

4.0Great experience with the owner - he was really communicative and cares a lot. The unit was as described except the air conditioning gave us a lot of trouble, making for some hot driving. I suspect he will have it fixed up for the next user.
