• Rules of the Road: Reymer Retreats
RV Toilet Policy: Use only provided RV-safe toilet paper. No "flushable" wipes, feminine products, or paper towels are to be flushed. A $250 cleaning fee will apply for tank clogs.
Awning Care: Awnings must be retracted whenever the trailer is left unattended or if wind speeds exceed 15 mph to prevent structural damage.
Power Management: The solar/inverter system is for lights and small electronics. The Air Conditioner and Microwave require a 30-amp shore power connection or a 3500W+ generator.
Strictly Smoke-Free: No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the trailer. Evidence of smoking will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit for professional deep cleaning.
Return Condition: The trailer must be returned with the black and gray tanks emptied (dumped) and all personal trash removed. A $75 fee will be applied if the tanks are not emptied upon return.
