Rare, Double slide bunkhouse floor-plan.
Bunkhouse can sleep 5 (smaller people) by offering 3 bunks with a sofa sleeper.
Dinette in living area converts to a bed along with the second sofa sleeper.
In the main bedroom rest well on the Queen bed with memory foam mattress topper for those needing extra comfort.
Fully stocked kitchen!!Bedding available for additional fee upon request.

We got you covered! Just add on the items you will need…High chair, large outdoor playpen, pack and play, outdoor blanket. Just let us know.Dual A/C. Three large TVs for the ultimate “glam-ping” experience. Bring your game console for a rainy day, DVDs, and board games provided. Outdoor LED lights, outdoor kitchen, grill (add on) , outdoor shower available for your muddy days. Upgraded shower head with nice water pressure in bathroom. Water filter, hoses and cords provided.
Auto leveling system, stabilizers and sway bar for transport.
Well cleaned and sanitized between uses.
Plenty of Space for the entire family, fun for all.
2 adults can sleep in queen room (please note that Most RV beds are slightly shorter than a normal length bed)
1 adult or two smaller children can sleep on conversion sofas
One adult/ teen/ child can sleep on dinette sleeper.
3 lighter teens or children can sleep on bunks in the bunkhouse.
*Bunks are typical cot size designed for children/teens and not recommended for heavier/taller guests.While we love all creatures great and small, we do NOT allow pets at all.
Due to pet allergies in the family we cannot make any exceptions.

Dishes should be washed, dried, and stowed away for departure. Coffeemaker water tank should be empty and all stored back in pantry. Dining table should be in down or bed position, fan or space heater stored in kids cabinet, and any loose items secured to avoid loss or damage to unit.
Latch all doors upon departure.
Please don't forget to take out the trash…
*Empty black water and grey water.
*Empty out portable tank
(Let us know if your site does not have sewage hookup.)
You will NOT receive your full deposit BACK if you fail to empty out the tanks. We will charge $100 for black tanks that have not been serviced upon return or pickup. Please take care of BUSINESS!!

Hi, I’m Ashley. My family of 5 is from West Central TX and we have been all over the state going on adventures together. We love the great outdoors, camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, thunderstorms, West Texas sunsets, the Dallas Mavericks, Stars, Texas Rangers and watching the Cowboys break our hearts. Our favorite places to visit include Dallas, the Marble Falls area, Orange Beach, and Ruidoso to cool off in the summer. We live close to the Abilene State Park, Perini Ranch steakhouse, Abilene Zoo and Expo center. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about our unit or local entertainment ideas.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We will be happy to work with anyone’s pick up or drop off schedule within reason. Contact us personally with any questions, concerns or predicaments.
Q.What amenities are offered?
A.
Keurig coffee maker, hair dryer, soaps, camp table, lawn chairs, propane grill, pack and play, outdoor play yard, camp high chair.
These items are free to use but, if there are any items you do NOT plan to use please let us know prior to your stay so you can enjoy extra space. You can check some of these items off on the Add-ons page. Contact us with any questions or requests.
Q.Do we need to bring our own linens and pillows?

You are always welcome to bring your own (some of us sleep better with our own stuff)
We will have fresh linens available and pillows for up to 10 campers only. Please confirm with us how many campers plan on being in the unit so we can assure it will be well stocked.
Towels, cloths, kitchen towels, and bedding provided.
We recommend bringing your own pool/beach towels if you plan on swimming
